Homebrewer. My philosophy is KISS (Keep It Simple, S-Head). Prefer clean and well balanced with moderately assertive but not killer hops. Mostly I brew Bitter, IPA, and Stout. Not a big fan of OTT beers. I’ve brewed one Tripel and wound up giving it all away. Not a label snob. It’s possible for Anheuser to make a good beer and it’s equally possible for Westmalle to make a bad one. But not likely
