I’m serious about drinking beer, but prefer to have fun, when I describe beers to others. I rate beers with descriptions like Amazing, Ehhh, or I want to pour this beer down Selma Hayek’s chest and drink it off her toes. This is my hobby and not my job, so I want to enjoy it for as long as my liver will work or I can afford a new one, cloned and grown on the back of a rodent.
