Our Blond Ale has a crisp, dry palate, medium body with light malt sweetness. Hints of honey may be present from the use of special honey malt from Canada. This is an easy drinking session beer that could be approached easily by a main-stream beer drinker. This beer pairs well with salads and other lighter foods.
