Seasonally available This rare and complex beer is slow fermented then krausened and later frozen for 45 days. Between 5 and 7 % of the volume remains behind as ice, leaving a deep ruby color, a remarkably smooth and slightly sweet warmth with a brandy like finish. Using a signature blend of chocolate and caramel malts, this German Eisbock is slowly cold aged in their cellar for over 3 months.
