If no bid is put in for Berlin, I blame the lacking Prussian Ratebeer base and all pussyfooting Scandinavians who’ve basically made (some hipper burroughs of) Berlin their second living room over the past 10 years!

I know it must take a lot of time and effort to put together a decent proposal: hope someone/a few have got something for Europe and will post it soon. <*))))))><

Proposals aren’t always discussed in the open forum and can go direct to the moderating admin (Leighton).
