Danish: Xbeeriments bud på en IPA, hvor der er brugt Chinook som bitterhumle og Nelson Sauvin som aroma.
English: It took 2 years before we finally decided to make an IPA. To us an IPA should obviously have great hop character backed up by an interesting malt flavour and should by all means be dry, so that one can actually down a pint and order the next one right away. The hop varieties used are Chinook for bittering and Nelson Sauvin for flavour and aroma. NOTE: From 2010 - 2012 this beer was brewed at Amager Bryghus. From the summer of 2012 it will be brewed at Herslev Bryghus.
