Description:
Copia is the Roman Goddess of Abundance. We decided to name this saison Copia to represent the abundance of hops used in this beer. In every five gallons brewed, we used four pounds of Sorachi Ace wet hops. Copia is a traditional saison with a huge bouquet of fresh citrus. 5.7 percent alcohol by volume. 35 IBU.
