Cidermaker Peter Mitchell’s interpretation of the classic New England Style Cider is produced only from apples (Cortland, Empire, and McIntosh) grown in his own certified organic orchard in western Massachusetts. Fermented to nearly complete dryness, with just a hint of residual sweetness and a tart finish.
