Description:
This orange-hued bock beer was brewed with a light rye malt addition, and offers up mingling aromas of mint and herbs. Adventurously spiced, the malty, sweet taste gets a pleasant cleansing lift from the addition of cooling peppermint and herbal juniper. Light orange peel adds citrus complements in the flavour undretones. Try it paired with gingerbread, spring rolls or traditionnal winter holiday fare.

Cette bock à la teinte orangée se caractérise au brassage par l’ajout léger de malts de seigle et par un joyeux mélange d’arômes de menthe et d’herbes. Audacieusement épicé, son goût malté et sucré est rehaussé par l’agréable fraicheur de la menthe poivrée et du genévrier qu’on y a introduits. Un zeste d’organe ajoute une nuance d’agrume aux flaveurs de fond. Cette bière s’harmonise au pain d’épice, aux rouleaux de printemps ou aux plats traditionnels des fêtes.
