From March 1st, Sharp’s Brewery in Cornwall is offering the first refreshing taste of Spring Cask Pilsner (4.2% ABV), its own interpretation of one of the most popular beer styles in the world. Spring Cask Pilsner from Sharp’s, the largest brewer of cask beer in the South West, is brewed using Pilsner malt, whole Saaz hops, and a bottom fermenting yeast.
