Our Eye Crosser IPA is an Imperial IPA, intensely hoppy and is a very strong pale ale that lacks harshness. The intense hop character of our IPA is created by insane amounts of hops, choosing just the right combination and amount of Cascade, Columbus and Northern Brewer hop varieties.
The large quantity of hops adds intense bitterness, flavor and aroma without too much crystal malt flavor. Dry hopping adds additional hop aroma. A very drinkable and well-balanced Imperial IPA.
