L’espressione tipica e unica delle birre della Repubblica Ceca, il retrogusto amarotico dello stile Pils è rappresentato in da una vera e propria specialità, raccontata dalla città di Jilhava il suo Birrificio e dell’omonimo fiume, perché è da quelle terre che viene prodotta utilizzando il floreale luppoplo di Zatec, malto e acqua purissima.
