HoppenHeimer is a Kölsch-inspired five-hop brew (Northern Brewer, Hallertauer Mittelfrüh, Saaz, Cascade and dry-hopped with Amarillo), made with organic pils and munich malts. We call it a Hopfenkölsch. Used to be brewed at 7 Deugden.
