It’s hard to ignore the lemon doctored light beer phenomenon known as shandy. What to da? Out botanist friends at Gorst Valley Hops harvested the sticky sour edible flowers of local staghorn sumac, which we steeped in light golden ale for a mildly herbal and tart summer refresher. Crisp, quenching and indigenous!
