This is our tribute to Bavaria, home of the world’s most beer-loving people – those are our kind of folk. Our Bavarian Ale’s malty wheat flavor comes from the use of 51% wheat malt and has a very low bitterness. It remains unfiltered to created the cloudy appearance characteristic of all Hefeweizens. Our version’s yeast brings forth a flavor and an aroma reminiscent of cloves and banana. Serving lemon (acidic fruit) with hefe styles are preferential and not suggested.
