Description:
The life of Salty Dick started when our friends at Dick Moby sustainable sunglasses asked us to brew a beer for them. Sun, sea and the beach life inspired us to make an interpretation of a Gose. We soured the beer with Lactobacillus in the kettle, added salt during the boil and added fruity US dryhops and grapefruit and lime peel after fermentation.
