Blue Goose
This carefully crafted beer is a light, malty tasting, premium lager. Brewed at low temperatures, this contributes to 'The Goose’s' clean smoothness. The malt character comes from the use of German Pilsener malt with a small amount of Crystal malt to add a golden colour. The subtle hop aroma and flavour comes from the careful use of Tettnang and Hallertau ‘noble’ hops. This is our most popular beer.
