Sorta nel 1908 nell’Isola della Giudecca con il nome di "Società Birra San Marco", nel 1913 cambia denominazione in "Fabbrica Birra Venezia S. A." Oggi Birra Venezia riscopre le proprie origini con una birra artigianale prodotta con malti selezionati e fabbricata nel rispetto della Legge della Purezza (Reinheitsgebot) del 1516. Corposa e aromatica. Birra Venezia Rossa è una doppio malto prodotta con lieviti selezionati a bassa fermentazione e con malti di prima scelta che le conferiscono un caratteristico aroma tostato. Caratterizzata da un colore ambrato intenso, da una schiuma fine e persistente e da un aroma caramellato che sfuma in fragranze gradevolmente fruttate. Tipica birra da degustazione, Birra Venezia Rossa esprime il meglio di sé con piatti dai sapori decisi, formaggi stagionati, arrosti e carni rosse grigliate. Ingredienti: acqua, malto d’orzo, luppolo, lievito.
Founded in 1908 on the Island of Giudecca with the name "Società Birra San Marco - Company Beer San Marco", in 1913 it changed its name to "Fabbrica Birra Venezia S. A. - Beer Factory Venice A. S." Today this beer rediscovers its roots with a craft beer produced with select malts and manufactured in compliance with the Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot) of 1516. Full-bodied and aromatic. Venezia Rossa is a lager brewed with yeasts in fermentation and with low grade malt that give it a characteristic toasted aroma. It characterized by an intense amber color, a fine and persistent foam and a caramelized flavor that fades into a pleasant fruity fragrance. Typical beer tasting, Venezia Rossa expresses the best with dishes flavored, aged cheeses, roasted and grilled red meats. Ingredients: water, barley malt, hops, yeast.
