Amber Lager is a European style lager brewed using the finest malt, hops and yeast obtainable and the worlds finest water from the Greenland Ice Cap. Amber Lager undergoes one week of primary and five weeks of secondary fermentation. The water gives the Amber Lager a unique softness.
