Beer Merchants are a decent and dependable online shop for craft beer. They say they specialise in British and Belgian beers, but they also have a superb selection for American and Scandinavian beers (they carry loads of Omnipollo at a not-too-terrible price). I've also had some Põhjala beers from them that I'd not seen anywhere else. I find the website that little bit harder to navigate than some, but that's being picky. Since the pandemic there's more competition for online beer shopping than ever before, but these guys certainly deserve a shout-out.

Decent online store. Good variety of UK, Belgian, other European & US beers available at reasonable prices. Prompt efficient service and well packaged. Recommended

Had a couple of deliveries from this site so far. Very prompt and well packaged. Excellent selection of UK beers and a good selection from the US, the range of European stuff is pretty good too though only from a handful of select countries, but the breweries are generally very good ones. Pricing is reasonable and in line with most other online beer shops in the UK, pretty much what you’d expect. Shipping is a flat rate, again like most other shops.
Regarding customer service: my first order had a minor packing error (was sent a can of To Ol’s "Thirsty Frontier" when I’d ordered a bottle of "First Frontier") - easy mistake to make and I didn’t mind. But I did email them to let them know of the error however I received no response and not even an acknowledgement which was disappointing. On a separate and unrelated occasion I notified them of a possible security flaw on their website, again I received no acknowledgement of this. So that’s the only criticism I have of them, aside from that and overall I was very pleased with them.

Great service with a very prompt and safe delivery. The bottles were excellently wrapped. Disperssed any worries about shopping for beer by mail. I have now had 2 deliveries this year, both arrived the next day and exactly what I ordered.

Great online shop. Excellent source for UK beers, with a decent range of Belgian, US and other European offerings. The prices are just about the best you will find. Customer service is also top notch. If you’re looking to order some beers this should be one of your first stops.

Good selection of UK beers and fair prices, shipping to Sweden was quite expensive though. Service was a bit disappointing, didn’t get the Mamouche and I still haven’t heard anything about any reimbursement...

Ordered from here yesterday at 9:00am. Parcel arrived today at 2:30pm. Well packaged. All in order. Everything (a few Kernels, the new Beavertown Bone King, and some 750ml De Ranke and Duponts) seem super fresh. Easy to navigate site. Good prices. Highly recommended.
