| 80 /100 3820 LEONARD RD. “Nice, comfortable little micro at the original winery...rustic , well-kept landscaping, very clean, attractive interior spaces.....small tap room with 6 taps currently...very clean, well-made, if standard beers....a good start for this brand new place....the usual amber, porter, IPA, etc as base beers....though a bonus of a quite good cream ale. The Brewer and his wife were very friendly and talkative.....and enthusiastic about the business and the craft.......really enjoyed my visit.......Bryce (brewer/owner) seemed pleased with being added to the RateBeer database and enjoyed having a discussion about the industry, the process and other topics.....this is the kind of spot I love to find.....good beer, good folks, pleasant atmosphere.....I’ll definitely be making return trips and urge others to make a visit.“ |
