“Opposite the brewery. Friendly servi e. Good selection of Hertog Jan, Goose Island and some Belgian bottles. We sat outside on the lovely terrace in the summer“

“Located across the road from the brewery. Beer is served directly from the brewery they say, via a pipeline across the road. Quite typical ’old brown’ interior with lots of wooden seats and tables. Nice large bar. Decent selection of mostly macro (InBev) brews. Had some snacks, which is ok. Decent place.“

“Did a brewery tour back in 2004. Friendly volunteers telling all kinds of nice stories about the brewery. You get to taste some samples out of lagering tanks and you can get to the cellar, where there is a big selection of HJ Grand Prestige. Some bottles more than 10 years old. Interesting brewery tour.“

“The cafe that lies right next to the Hertog Jan brewery. They have quite a range of beers. Not only Hertog Jan. The terrace is really nice (especially in the summer sun). The interior is nice but not very special. You can get some really decent food here that really fills you up after a day cycling trough the lands surrounding the brewery.“

“Beautiful Brewery of the World famous (in Holland) Hertog Jan beer. It lies on the banks of the Maas river in beautiful rural land. You can get a nice tour around the brewery and in the shop they have everything Hertog Jan related.“
