“Brewery that caters to dog owners. They have an extensive tap list with many intriguing beers, barrel aged beers, milkshake IPAs, regular styles. A lot to choose from. Indoor seating plus an outdoor patio. They have treats for dogs, many of their beers are dog-themed, and people like to bring their dogs to the brewery. No food but there is a taco truck nearby. Definitely worth a stop, the beer is good and there are a lot of options.“

“15 taps, a preponderance of lagers, but actually quite well done lagers compared to most American breweries. They have a few hoppy styles as well. There is a food menu, I believe it comes from a restaurant next door Lala. Chill place, watched the Super Bowl here.“

“Large open space brewery with indoor seats and an outdoor patio. They have a stage for musical guests and a large lawn where there were abundant children playing. Live music. Large tap list, perhaps trended towards higher grav beers. They have a food truck on site which made pizzas and other pub food. WiFi is a bit rough. One of their taps was infected (though they tried to deny). Overall a mixed impression.“

“Smallish brewery in St Pete. They have an outdoor patio and some indoor seats. I wasn’t impressed with the beers - the hazy IPA was barely hoppy at all. They do tend to focus on maltier styles. Not a place I’d return, especially given the other options available.“

“Cool brewery in downtown St Pete. They are known for their barrel aged stouts and had about 5 of those on tap. These are all 12-13% beers (they do offer 5 oz pours). Plus other various beers as well of course. Definitely an interesting tap list and worth a stop.“

“Small brewery in downtown st Pete. Fairly empty on a Saturday afternoon. No TVs. They have 16 taps with a slight focus on gose/sour ales and they are quite good. And other usual styles as well. Tasty beer, worth a stop.“

“Large open space brewery in downtown St Pete. Lots of outdoor space and tables. Not really much of a bar but a nice indoor space that is open air. They had 20 taps, large selection of German style lagers and IPAs. No food. Nice chill spot, good beer.“

“Quirky brewery tap on 1st Ave S. It's small but there are a few tables to choose from. Lots of interesting stuff dotted around including a mystery vending machine and an air hockey table. They refer to themselves as the 'mixtape of breweries' and they certainly have some interesting beers on tap (quite a few wheat beers, including 2 from the 'Cereal Killers' series made to taste like sweetened breakfast cereals). 13 in total. It's absolutely worth a visit although all the beers may not be to everyone's taste. Normally there's a food truck but it wasn't operational on the Sunday I visited. Note: please check the website before visiting, as hours may vary.“

“Amazing brewery tap. It's a bit stuff inside when it gets crowded but there are loads of seats outside. Very dog-friendly; their anagram is of course P.A.W. and many of the beers have names themed after our canine friends. I counted 33 of their wonderful concoctions. They have everything from lagers to imperial stouts and everything in between - a ticker's paradise. You can also get (expensive) bottles of rarer barrel-aged stuff and one-offs. An absolute must.“

“There are so many good breweries within a very shorr walk of one another, and Cage is not one to miss. It's quite large and there's plenty of games to entertain you but you're here for the beer. They have an impressive beer list, some very interesting beers in many different styles (but hoppy pales are the most represented). A fun place to be. Oh, and the piped music's great.“

“Hard to beat. Just off the main drag in downtown St Pete, the brewery and tasting room are a multi-roomed, family-friendly venue that showcase their great beer. I've had some of their core range and wasn't that impressed, but they do all sorts of one-offs that are impressively and ingeniously put together. They have a cider and hard seltzer room as well. Crowlers available at a crazy low price. So near perfect that it's worth building a holiday around.“

“Modern brewhouse in downtown St Pete. Not been here long (late 2020) so my first chance to try them. Spacious and a bit style-over-substance in the design. Friendly and helpful. They have 16 of their own beers, ranging in styles but with a considerable lean towards sessionable and Continental-style lagers (a Schwarzbier, Dunkel, Czech pils & a Tmavý). All beers $8 for a large pour, $5 for small (8 oz so a very good deal). Crowlers. A definite yes.“

“Blink and you'll miss it; in fact I walked right by it without seeing it. However this is a place you shouldn't miss. It's a small place, decked out in typical BoHo diner cum sports bar style with a lot of memorabilia on the walls. The beer list isn't massive and there's some bought-out macro on the list as well as some local lovelies. They have some good beer such as New Belgium 1554 and the venerable Goose Island Bourbon County alongside Green Bench, Angry Chair and Marker 48. Oh, and their Cuban sandwiches are to die for.“

“Friendly place about a 10 minute walk from the main strip in St. Petersburg. A little dark inside this brick building, but there's a big patio in the sun. Friendly service, flights available. The beer selection tends towards the old school brewpub, though they do have a few low abv fruit bomb sours. Most of the rest of their list has interesting stuff like weizenbocks, hefes, a West Coast IPA etc., which are all pulled off competently.“

“Great brewery with an interesting mix of styles. Friendly service and nice, open airy atmosphere. They had a big outdoor patio as well. Beer selection tends on the boring side - they had about 10 of their own beers when I was in, 4 of which were pale lagers. At least they aren't jumping on the trend wagon, I suppose. The beers that weren't lagers were all done to style though and pretty good. Cool decor. Flights available.“

“Cool looking arcade slash brewery on the strip a block from Grand Central and other breweries. Cool idea and vibe here, with a list of about 16 beers available in flights or full pours. Some 5 of the beers were theirs when I was in. Guest taps were pretty standard fare -- I didn't see anything I hadn't ticked and I don't live in Florida. Their beers were pretty substandard for the most part. Boring styles -- the most exciting they did was a brown. Big problems in brewing here. Sour was way off, brown was watery. Not sure what they did wrong with the blonde, but if you can't pull off even a blonde ale... Service was good though, and hopefully they bring in a new brewer or get their act together, because the place is really cool.“

“Parking near PAW is very limited, a few spaces on the street out front and a few spaces behind the building which we missed as they are very poorly signed. However once inside PAW is a cool taproom, the atmosphere is friendly and laid back, and it’s dog friendly too. The bar area seating is very hipster, it’s all waxed and polished high wooden tables with high stool seats that leave your feet dangling! There is a dartboard in one corner, and on the night we were there, a local club were in playing I think Bridge. They have a large selection of craft beers on tap covering a wide variety of styles. (I had the ‘Neapolitan Brown Ale’). A good first experience of SP great craft beer scene.“

“As we were only in SP for 2 days and couldn’t squeeze in a visit to all the craft breweries in town, we chose to go to 3 daughters mainly on the basis that Google Maps showed it had a decent amount of off-street parking available. What a lucky find, 3D is all that a Brewery Tap room should be and more. On walking in you could see it is a popular place as the smallish taproom was packed, but the warehouse through the bar area is where it’s all at. A very large open space that contains all the brewing vessels on one side, with the rest given over to a stage, games area and low tables and stalls. They have table football, a darts board, table-tennis and a shuffleboard, as well as board-games and things such as Jenga. We were lucky enough to be there in November when their spectacular Christmas display was on, with numerous model trains running around hundreds of model buildings. So much to do to keep you occupied whilst relaxing with a beer or two. I had the ‘Awake Coffee Blond’ & the excellent ‘Stern Line Oatmeal Stout’. A great time with a great atmosphere, 3D is an excellent venue.“

“Visited on 12/14/19. Attractive store with quite a few single can selections, which is a huge plus in my estimation. I picked up singles from Green Bench, Funky Buddha, 81Bay and Florida Ave - nothing rare but still stuff I had not rated for less than $3 each per can.“

“went here twice in a weekend getaway. Ever since becoming more and more into craft beer, this brewery developed a reputation of mythical proportions according to my fellow drinking buddies. I had some of their brews from bottle shares and exclusive beer festivals. So, in short, my expectations were high. I showed up and this was a dive: cramp, cardboard coasters, cranky servers (first night), and no flights.
on my second visit, I came to buy a bottle for the guy who got into craft beer. the staff was friendlier and the dive persona dissipated. the beer spoke for itself.“

“Nice sized taproom with inside and outside areas. There is a small video games arcade inside and some lawn games in the outside area also. As it was just before Xmas when we visited, there was a huge Christmas train set in the brewery area, which kept my eldest daughter entertained the whole time we were here. Beers were good, flights available, particularly liked the BA Quad. Friendly service. Worth visiting.“

“Taproom with two bars, one for the normal stuff, and one for their barrel aged beers. The latter were particularly good, our favourite being the Maple MW, which was amazing stuff. Prices were maybe a bit higher than usual and the bar tender was a little surly but definitely a must visit. As someone else has noted, half size pours are now available for all beers.“

“Given a few recent negative reviews, I almost passed this place up. I am glad I visited. Both the bartenders were friendly and knowledgable. Plus someone must have been paying attention to criticism about no half pours of their big barrel aged beers, because half pours were cheerfully available. I would return just for the BA beers.“

“My friend Jeff took me here while I was crashing at his place in St Pete. I was surprised it wasn't on RB, but Floridaman has slowed down on this site. “Another visit on a Tampa brewtrip...this was towards the end of the night so things were getting a little fuzzy and it was around 9ish on a Friday when we showed up. But there was a great outside space with heaters set up and the inside was popping yet still managed to find some space at the bar and a couple of seats at tables were there. Servers knew their stuff including recommendations for amazing take-out across the street (although we went there for sandwiches beforehand), liked the variety of beers including some great mead. Worth a stop for sure.“

“This seems to be the kind of place that it just depends when you show up. Spent a hour or two on a Friday afternoon, right after their anniversary weekend. At one "bar" they had regular non barrel aged beers and 2 lagers, as well as 4 varieties of single hop beers. They then had a list of taps for barrel aged stuff and given the proximity to their anniversary they had a bunch of bottles that you could have a 9oz pour of or buy. I have to say though it was pretty pricy - bottles started at $25 and went up from there...and the fact that they only did half pours (9oz) of stuff that was 10%+ makes it pretty difficult if you were driving. Being from Canada I was also a little annoyed at the smokers on the sidewalk at the tables with the smoke wafting in, but we realized that is just how it works in Florida. Definitely worth a trip, but highly recommend splitting the higher ABV pours amongst 2-3 people as there is it adds up quick. Service was quick and they knew their stuff. Nice decor and chill place...although we left before it got busy.“

“Probably my favourite brewery in the St. Petersburg area. Cool outside astroturf drinking space where I kicked off the February winter vibes. A fair amount of beer on tap, about 20 or so drafts. All available in flights or single 4oz. Service friendly and beer above average for the most part. I'd go for their non IPA stuff though as I found those better than the many IPAs they had.“
