Bottle 33 cl. From Drinks of the World in Bern (CH). Beer almost golden and crackling medium under a white foam fleeting. Malty aromas and floral honeyed. The mouth is soft, a little bit oily, bitter pretexts. Texture a little fat, sticky, corn syrup. Points of low acidity and hoppy dryness, incomplete. There remains the feeling of an unfinished beer which it would miss... color or... an ear.

from Drinks of the World - a clear golden-bronze colour with a little foam left; a shy aroma of flowers and cardboard; sweet and smooth palate with a medium malt body, some late tartness and a faint bitterness; moderate flowery and corny finish - boring

Bottle 330ml. clear glass @ home.
Clear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, grain, toasted. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20091207]

The bottle looks a bit boring, the beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Starts sourish and a bit grasy, dry and metallically from the beginning. Hoppy-spicy and also a bit moldy finish, not really drinkable. Unbalanced finish. Not my favourite.

pale yellow, white head dissapears superspeedy smells rather sweetish,of some hops and a bit floral ( from sunflowers, not owerwhelming) tasts a bit less sweetish than it smells, a bit more hoppy, hidden floral aftertaste is hoppy but rather sweetish again would perhaps be interesting if it were less sweetish

Bottled 33cl. A beer brewed with sunflower. Appearance: It pours a clear golden beer with a quick diminishing white head. Poor lacework. Aroma: Grainy with apple and cardboard showing up. Flavor and palate: Oily, sticky, syrupy. Flat mouthfeel. Very low bitterness. Hints of apple and cardboard. Sunflower most apparent in the finish which has quite a lot of residual sugars. Overall impression: Cloying after a few sips. Really dissapointing. I didn’t enjoy this beer at all.
