UPDATED: MAY 27, 2022 375ml bottle @ the office. CANBIF 2019. Pours a hazy golden colour with a small white head. Nose certainly has lambic qualities, however not as prominent, nice funk, and subtle lemon. Flavour is nice lemon with funk, very lambic like. Light bodied, good carbonation, and a mild sweetness with a good acidity. Quite nice.

UPDATED: MAY 27, 2022 375ml @ Sales Force. Appearance: a bit hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: funk, barrel, some minerals and a bit weird chemical notes. Taste: along the same lines, moderately acidic with some lemon zest notes. Overall: pretty good.

UPDATED: MAY 27, 2022 Golden. Slight haze. Not much head. Lots of bugs right up front on the nose, hay, and quite a bit of barrel. Soft and sweetish. Leather and hay. Plenty of barrel. The tannins really come through the finish.

UPDATED: NOV 17, 2021 Bottle from SB. Yellow with white foam. Citric, acidic. Loads of wet oak, some herbs and funk. A bit too heavy on the bitter wood.

UPDATED: OCT 16, 2021 Draft at brewery. Pours yellow and clear with a thin white head and leaves some lacing in the glass. Lovely tartness on the nose and tongue with some hints of sour apple. It’s quite the palate cleanser.
