Encontrada en casa y pasada de fecha. El tiempo le ha sentado de maravilla a esta cerveza más que correcta. Canela y pimienta a los que se añaden notas de oxidación que le sientan muy bien.

Geen schuim. Meer bokkig/dubbel bruin dan Imperial stout.. Ruikt sterk naar chocola / toffee. Smaakt vrij vlak in begin, veel chocola erna.

Botella 33 cl en cimmeria en enero 2013. Botella 0525 Lote 1239 hasta 07-2014. (r53) stout con 8 Vol y algo de cuerpo pero en general fácil de beber y cuerpo que podía ser algo más espeso. normal.

Bottle @ THT July, courtesy of Scotty001. Pours a very dark brown beer with a thin off white head on top. Slight aroma of malts, roast and not much else. Pretty basic in the aroma and flavors. Quite watery mouthfeel, a bit sweet, very thin and quite boring. Not very interesting at all.

33cl bottle shared at the July THT. Thin off white head. Clear deep amber pour. Very thin for an imperial stout. Ok.

Bottle shared at Dean’s Technicoloured Dream-Shorts Tasting. Pours dark brown with a ring tan head. Aroma of light fruity and weedy hops, light malt and a touch of carbonation. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation. Certainly not an imperial stout..

Poured a murky reddish brown, no head. Aroma of roast malt and cocoa. Full body, flavour as the aroma.

Marrón muy oscura. casi opaca. Mucho poso. Alta efervescencia al servir. Bonita espuma ocre. Aroma extraño, poco definido. Pero mucho mejor en boca. Textura agradable: Dulce caramelo al principio, evolucionando hacia un amargor claro. Queda en boca y pronto aparece un cálido recuerdo alcohólico. No está mal aunque aunque le falta complejidad para el estilo. Buena aventura en cualquier caso.

Bottle @ Bjarnes. Pours dark brown with a light brown head, some lacing. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, dark chocolate, light sourness, light licorice. Flavor is maty, caramel, dark chocolate, cocoa, licorice, little sourness, light alcohol notes. Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. 100215

dark dirty brown, very small head. aroma has liquorice, roasted sugar, ash. sweet chocolate. quite poor.
