Bottle thanks to somebody, rating from my backlog. The look is golden in color, has no head, and is clear. The smell is tart, sour, fruits, and sour candy. The taste is fruits, more fruits, and acid.

Brad shared this at my tasting on May 29, 2010. Thanks! Review from notes. This beer appears orange and hazy with a small head and very little lacing. The aroma is intense! It’s obvious in the nose that this beer is extremely sour. Very potent scents of brettanomyces, wood, oranges and other citrus comprise the aroma. This beer is really quite tasty, though it’s likely your palate must be experienced sour/wild ale genre to appreciate this gem. The feel is incredibly tangy, with a formidable vinegar and/or acetic presence in the finish. Not for the faint-hearted. I definitely recommend it.

11/18/11. 22oz bomber thanks to ericandersnavy! Bright, sour aroma with a touch of roast and vanilla woodiness. Extremely tart, sour flavor - acidic, lemon peel, sweet tarts, and sour candy. Underneath there are touches of wood, roast, and a bit of funk, but wow this is sour. Puckering sour. Wooo!

Bottle. Pours a clear copper color with a light white collared head. Acidic and fruity in the nose. Nail polish. Extremely tart and sour right off the bat. Dry. Light mouthfeel with some carbonation. Slightly mouth puckering. The beer leaves a squiky feel on your teeth. Swishing around in your mouth causes this beer to really bring the sour and vinegar flavors out. some fruit notes and also some chardonnay flavors. Overall, fun to drink but pretty one sided.

Mostly transparent amber. Full sheet. Acedic nose, slightly vinous underneath, with some nailpolish touched sweetness riding along. Ridiculously tart, puckering mouth consuming sourness...sweet accented though, is it acedic? I don’t know...its not nearly as dry as I like in sour ales...but its certainly sour as all fucking hell. Clean enough, sure...but is there an ounce of complexity here? Only if its too complex for me to realize...which is unlikely.
