Rhombic (385) - Elx, SPAIN - AUG 31, 2020
UPDATED: AUG 31, 2020 Draught at Twins, Tarragona. Pours dark brown with a tan head. The aromas, lighter than expected, are woody, chocolate, toasted grains. Interesting nose although a bit faint. In mouth, the beer is definitely on the mild side for a self-reported porter, but with a very balanced and enjoyable flavour profile: leathery earthiness, cocoa, filter coffee, almost nutty. Mild to medium body, creamy, short finish. I liked it.

Cervesa torrada, fosca, amb tocs a xocolata i cafè, molt aromàtica.

Aftertaste is a mix of roast, coffee, some berries and bitters. Low carbo, soft creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied and a light creamy texture. Lovely beer, gets better with time.
