COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Unfiltered Strand Of Madness. Bronze Medal at the Concours Général Agricole 2015. Best Pale Ale of France in the style of Blonde Beer at the World Beer Awards 2015. Its golden, shiny colour comes from the combination of pale malt with more colourful special malts. Beer with character and a very good balance between a sweet but real bitterness, and the roundness of its caramel aromas. While the warm fermentation offers fruity aromas. Pour préserver toutes ses saveurs, cette bière est ni filtrée, ni pasteurisée. La garde affine le goût et réduit le trouble. La refermentation en bouteille offre des bulles fines et naturelles. La lie de levure est gage de qualité.

radagast83 (12460) - Arlington, Virginia, USA - MAR 9, 2024
UPDATED: MAR 9, 2024 Can from a Costco European Beer 10 pack. Poured a slightly hazy burnt orange color, with an off-white head. Aroma has a pleasant funky apricot character to it. Quite pleasant. Flavor is some doughy malt, has a bit of an unrefined taste but the sweetness of the malt is pretty tasty and the yeast is a touch charming.
