courtesy of Philipp and Thomas - cloudy dark orange colour with a little persistent foam left; strong aroma of overmatured bananas, pineapples and candi sugar; overcarbonated and highly sweet, slightly sour and quite full-bodied; long fizzy aftertaste with some residual sugars and more notes of bananas; some warming alcohol notes too - some corrections would make of it a wonderful beer
