UPDATED: DEC 14, 2021 From the Bottle at Chris O's Pre-GBBF Shindig 30/07/2011 Some smoked aroma. Golden coloured a little rich on the palate and strong in alcohol with a smoky taste. A hint of dryness in the finish.

Can 1 pint. Golden, clear with a small white head. Malt and light smoke. Medium bitter taste with a light smoke end.

From the archives: Had this in a pint can, during major trip in Finland. Interesting beer in general. Unfortunately, it is to watery, but some kind of smoked taste is there. Good addition to summer grill.

Pint sized can. Golden colour with a small white head. Notes of malt, smoke and tar in the aroma. Moderately sweet and bitter taste. Medium body with soft carbonation.

Can from local market. Originally rated 09042012. Colour is clear golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Grain, sweetness, honey, tar and malts.

Can from supermarket. Amber color, white head. Bitter taste with smoke, malts, tar, malts and citrus. Bitter finish with citrus and tar. Decent brew.

Pours pale amber colored with soapy small head. Smells malty-grainy sweetish, with hints of smoke. Starts with sweet malts, some smoke and a light hoppy note. Middle part has some smoke flavor and very sweet grains. Goes into a grainy-sweet and slight hoppy finish with some smokiness in the background.

Pours copper color with a small head. Aroma of mild tar, grain and grass. Flavor of pale malts, grain and faint tar notes.

230213. Can at home. Pours clear golden with a nice frothy head. Aroma butter, some tar. Slight smoke aroma in the taste. Better than I expected, but still quite artificial feel to it.
