In Moeder Lambic, very poor, almost undrinkable. Slightly malty and spicy, but just no thank you.

Svesse (14242) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - AUG 9, 2012
(Draught at Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels, 16 July 2012) Reddish amber colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, spicy nose with dried fruit, caramel and hints of spices (sweet gale, rosemary). Malty, fruity taste with notes of caramel, dried fruit, a touch of sweet gale and a slight acidity shining through. Medium body, with a certain sweetness and a gentle, spicy bitterness. A bit different, but quite nice.

Quack-Duck (11866) - Down South, GERMANY - JUL 20, 2012
bottle from Village de la Bière Strasbourg. Hazy goden-brown colour, mid-sized off-white head. Fruity and hoppy aroma. Medium-bodied, grainy malty background with lots of dry, aromatic and bitter hops. Well crafted hoppy beer.

draft @ Moeder Lambic French Beer Festival ’12 as La Brutale, 5%. Not sure of the style as I got no sign of anything remotely close to a bitter. ambrée/cuivrée, col épais beige.

courtesy of Laurent Mousson - cloudy dark orange colour with a little persistent foam left; nice lacework; aroma of wet corn and oranges; medium-bodied, fizzy; quite dry and fairly bitter, long fruity and flowery bitter hoppy finish
