Hamilton Hall Spoons. Light haze on this amber beer. Little white head. Semi soft and semi dry palate. Very mild carbonation. Silky mouthfeel. Well balanced creamy malt with medium bitter orange hops. Finishes semi dry with nice bitterness. Standard stuff but done well.

berkshirejohn (9787) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - OCT 28, 2011
Cask at the John Logie Baird (JDW), Hastings. Golden amber with a thin cream head; the aroma is light and floral; the flavour is rather herbal, unusual and quite pleasant; then the finish is sweet with some gentle hops. Nicely different from the run-of-the-mill bitters.

Hand pulled cask at the Moon Under Water (JDW) Watford. Mid brown with an off white head. Dry biscuit malts with ample balancing dusty hops. Nothing special.
