Clear gold. Foamy white head. Light carbonation. Crisp, very hoppy and lightly citric with an anise? hint. Grassy-hay like maltiness. Strong Goldings hop flavor but also strangely licorice like. Very intriguing. Made from malts cultivated from Tim Carson's field.
