UPDATED: JAN 3, 2023 Cask-conditioned at the Posset Cup (JDW), Portishead 3 January 2023. Golden in colour with a slight, white, head that left plenty of lacing down the glass. A touch of citrus hops, crisp rich tea malts, some citrus fruit sweetness, green herbs and a dryish finish. Good.

Smooth on the palate with hints of dryness and bitterness in a slightly pale malt finish. 2. Cask Handpump at Penny Black, Northwich 29/11/2022 Fruity hop aroma. Large white head. Light golden coloured and a little hazy in appearance. Hoppy and citrus flavoured with hints of bitterness and dryness in a creamy malt finish.

Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, spicy, coriander, cardamom. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120119]
