A: sour fruity, rotten apples, bit funky, old lemon, old sherry, woody, bit caramel. T: medium malty base, sour fruity, apples, old lemon, gooseberry, bit bready, very dry on the palate, bit puckering, almost no carbonation, spicy touch, quite interesting combo here, enjoyable.

UPDATED: OCT 1, 2022 Very distinct lambic aroma. No head, obviously. Cherry blossom flavour pokes through in a very subtle way.

UPDATED: APR 3, 2022 2020 version, 5.5%. Deep golden colour with no head or carbonation. Aroma has funk, old fruit, almonds, cassia. Starts out fairly sweet. Almond becomes cinnamon becomes tonka in a sweet, earthy, spiced type of way. Later there's a great lemony tart acidity and pleasant fruity funk. Interesting but with the sweet spice elements it isn't my taste.

UPDATED: DEC 29, 2021 Backlog March 2018. Clear golden body under a moderate sized white had. A bit odd in aroma, fruity, wood and hint of cherry and cinnamon. Taste is sweet and sour with malt, fruit, lemon, vinegar, wood and funky. Fine body and long lasting aftertaste. A bit different kind of lambic, pretty complex and nice.

Flaska från SB, vintage 2015. Tack Björn! Orange-rosa med liten vit krona. Doftar och smakar blommigt med toner av mandel och kamomill. I syrlighet någonstans mellan citronsyra och vinäger. Mjuk och fin. Gott!

UPDATED: JUN 29, 2018 Lys brun lett tåkete med lavt hvitt skum. Heftig lukt av trevirke , vått gress og blomster. Middels fylde. Sur smak, floralsk, sure bær mot eddik, ligger mye fruktsødme og noe vanilje. Middels lang.

(Bottle) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with lemon, grapefruit, unripe fruit, cellar, barnyard, oak wood and a touch of flowers (cherry blossom I assume). Fruity, tart taste with lemon, grapefruit, barnyard, gooseberries, hints of cinnamon, a touch of cherries and a tart finish with a slight sweetness shining through. Medium body, mainly dry. Fresh and tasty, well made lambic with a slight touch cherries shining through. Very nice.

KØLF 090318. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is funk, cinnamon, vinegar. Flavor is funk, oak, cinnamon, vinegar, spices, flowers, cellar notes, lemon, floral, wood. Very interesting and a very nice beer.

Bottle. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus, funk, floral notes, cherries and cinnamon. Flavor is sweet and sour with some lemon, cinnamon, cherries and fruitiness. Medium body, average carbonation.
