Pours clear dark red-brown color with a large head. Slightly sour aroma, malts, yeast and spices. Quite strong carbonation, which is a bit disturbing, yeasty, some honey, slightly grassy, malty. Not very pleasant.

750ml bottle. Clear, darkest brown colour with ruby red glimmer and huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, beige to tan head. Fruity, minimally vinous, dusty dark malty aroma, hints of cocoa and red currant. Taste is dry, bitter, roasty dark malty, bitter coffee, fruity overtones of red currant; relatively light body.

Bue en bouteille de 75cl à la brasserie, couleur brune rubis, mousse marron et epeu d’effervescence. Nez sur le caramel. Bouche sur le café le caramel et fin de bouche sur le grillé et l’alcool.

Bue en bouteille de 75cl. Couleur marron foncé, presque noir. Arômes café. Pointe acidulé en finale. Correcte mais sans plus.

Bottle: Poured a light black color porter with a huge light brown foamy head with excellent retention and great lacing. Aroma of light dry roasted malt is a bit bland for style. Taste is also dominated by light roasted malt notes with some residual sugars. Body is thin for style with great carbonation. Fell a bit short in terms of complexity and I was expecting more considering the brewery it is originating from.
