November 2017 - Bottle share in Hackney. As 'De Molen Mühle & Bahnhof', 2012 bottling. Wasn't sure what to expect from a 5 year old imperial gose. Turns out it's quite good. Pours a dark ruby shade of brown, translucent, foamy off-white head. Aroma is redcurrant, red berry, cranberry, jam. Body is smooth with soft carbonation. Taste is Halls Cherry sweets, sugary, menthol, jammy fruits. Interesting stuff. (7-3-7-4-15=3.6)

33 cl bottle, bottled in Nov. 2012. Hazy, burgundy colour with a golden tint. No head. Sour aroma with citrus fruits, red wine barrel, salty impressions, lactic notes and spices. Caramel malts. Taste is sour. Medium to full body with a creamy to oily texture and a flat carbonation. Finishes lasting sour with red wine barrel and salty notes. A really special experience. Complex beer, not a very high drinkablility.
