lasage (691) - DENMARK - MAY 20, 2021
UPDATED: MAY 20, 2021 Lys lidt uklar ravgylden, ikke meget skum. Aroma er humlet, med lidt underliggende blomster, havde, frugt. Smagen er lidt over medium bitter, fyldig, rund. På sin vis meget lige til, men får alligevel gang i mundvandet i eftersmagen.

UPDATED: MAY 25, 2020 Bottle from the monthly club. Drunk in my yard after a spring rain passed and the sun came back out. Yellow-orange amber. Surprisingly mild nose with some flowery hints and a bit of pineapple. Flavor has that American West Coast bitterness, grapefruity, not much tropical, only a touch of maltiness, skewed waaay bitter in the balance. Not sure if this is an older bottle (12/09/21 on the cap). Not bad but I was expecting more based on the name Blossom.

UPDATED: JUL 14, 2019 Copenhagen 14/7 2019. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh Ø. Weirdly warped Flowers in white and pink on the label. Pours unclear, unclear, golden yellow with a medium sized white head. Settles as a thin, partch layer of fluffy foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the beer. Substantial Lacing. Aroma is intense and quite Wheat-y. Sour-sweet like a lemonade with a fruity touch. Orange and Citrus, hints of sweet banana, damp grass. Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, almost flat texture. Flavor is medium sweet followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is surpringly bitter. Lingers for a bit. Semi-dry finish. Surpringly bitter Wheat Ale with a fine hoppy touch.
