Honey Light is a Pilsner-style beer brewed with pure Canadian honey for a rich, smooth, yet surprisingly light taste.

On tap at Valhalla. Not too outstanding. Very sweet, almost syrupy. Too much for my taste, but drinkable.

Amber with a small white head. Weak malt aroma. Thin and dry flavour with honey notes.

A lighter version of the JW Dundee’s honey brown is not a bad idea, in my opinion. I don’t mind the regular, and I could see drinking this as a Yuengling lagel or Sam Adams light substitute on a hot summer day.

This beer's popularity is waning. I remember the big Honey Brown craze a few years ago. What was up with that?

My ex used to love this stuff. I never stole any from her, if that says anything. Seems like everything that might have given it decent flavor was fermented, leaving a funny smelling, neutral tasting brew.
