UPDATED: SEP 22, 2022 375ml (thx, Alex J. B.!) shared with Farees @ Ryan's. Appearance: very dark purple with no head. Aroma: sour and sweet berries (hard to tell what are those, though), vanilla. Taste: along the same lines, very concentrated, lots of honey and raspberries. Overall: simple, but nice in terms of the easy detection of the ingredients.

UPDATED: JUL 18, 2022 Аромат сладкий, действительно очень яркий аромат спелой малины, как будто прямо с куста, как будто намеки на черную смородину и яжевику, еще напоминает композиция дачного варенья, достаточно много сладости, хотя меда почти нету. Цвет глубокий, темно красный. Во вкусе уже есть четкий домашний мед, уже затем идет малина прямо с куста, как будто ее набрали в какую то корзинку. При глотке сладость и как будто яжевика. Долгий медовый финиш.

UPDATED: MAR 28, 2022 Bottle thanks to Stuu666. Appearance - deep red to black with red chinks. Nose - rich raspberry and going into blackberry. Taste - deep raspberry going into blackberry. Palate - medium bodied, sweetness then tart with a great linger. Overall - seriously good stuff.

UPDATED: JUL 4, 2021 750ml thanks to Kenny. It pours darkest red - purple with a minimal head. The aroma is sweet, juicy, tangy, bright, raspberry jam, jam rolly polly, honeyed fruits, blackcurrant coridal, cherry and juiiiice. The taste is slick, juicy, tangy, honeyed berries, rapsberry, fruit coridal, boozy warmth, thick and slick, rapsberry pip, kick of acidity, granny smith apple, vinous, victoria sponge cake, bramble gummy candy and some dryness with slick, sweet - sour finish. Medium body, fine carbonation and slick mouth feel. Balanced, juicy and straight jam.

UPDATED: APR 24, 2021 375 ml bottle. Pours a very dark red almost purple in color and still with a nice legging that clings to the glass. The aroma shows loads to fresh, jammy raspberry, lightly tart dark fruit, floral honey and some residual sugar. Loads of ripe raspberry in the nose though. The flavor follows with the fresh, ripe raspberry, jammy fruit, and lightly tartness up front to go with the floral honey sweetness and just a touch of warmth on the back end. Nearly full bodied and smooth with no carbonation that leads to a rich, fruity raspberry and floral honey sweetness on the finish. Really nice and tasty mead here from Schramms but I expect nothing less.
