Cloudy dark amber color with small head. The aroma shows actually the Sorachi Ace, but more zesty and less creamy; and also quite malty. Semi-sweet malt and caramel flavor, with a good fruity hop presence, nice Sorachi Ace zesty character, mellower than usual. Lightly yeasty.
Very good.
