UPDATED: MAY 15, 2023 Draught@TCBW2018. Orangeish amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is wild strawberries, some raspberries and also some lactic and slight tartish tones. Flavour is sour, funky, some raspberries, mild gooseberries and a bit lingon too. Quite biting at first, but then mellows out and becomes a nice session beer.

UPDATED: JUL 6, 2021 22 June 2021. At Uiltje Taproom, Haarlem. Shared with the lovely Anke! Clear red, thinning, pink head. Aroma of lots of raspberries, tart strawberry, jam, redcurrant, sour cream, vague vinegar. Taste has very sour raspberry, redcurrant, lemon peel, bit lactic, some coulis sweetness, soft vinegar too. Tart finish, lots of raspberry & berry peels, bit bready, vinous & acidic. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Very nice. Very tart but so clean to drink.

Idiosynkrasie (16069) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - MAY 6, 2020
UPDATED: MAY 6, 2020 330ml bottle. Cloudy, redd-ish, orangey golden colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Full-blown raspberry aroma with fruit acidic, sweet-ish pulpy, and earthy-leafy aspects, lactic background with a touch of mild sauerkraut, cautious oaky overtones. Taste is tart, fruity, minimally lactic, notes of raspberry with focus on fruit acidic aspects, a touch of mild sauerkraut, cautious oaky overtones, a touch of raspberry vinegar. Oily-watery texture, minimally astringent palate, prickly carbonation. Very refreshing, quite rich for its relatively low abv - and raspberry is simply my favourite fruit admixture in pale beers.

willisread (7331) - Detroit, Michigan, USA - DEC 30, 2019
UPDATED: DEC 30, 2019 Bottle shared at Prodigal Son share. Thanks Tim M. or Jon? Pours an unclear copper with red highlights and a small off-white head that dissipates. Lovely raspberry forward nose with slight vinous aromas and oak as it warms. Creamy raspberry and oak-y vanilla notes on the palate. Very nice and surprisingly lots of flavor for the 5% abv. Lingering raspberry and oak on the finish. Like a raspberry oud bruin in a way.
