COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Limited edition beer, dryhopped with Saaz. 12.5°

Koelschtrinker (28835) - Brewver-Town, GERMANY - SEP 7, 2014
Laff herber Antrunk, brotig, etwas muffig.

Bottle sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks troubles. Pours yellow with a small head, aroma of herbs, malt, flavor of malt and herb, pleasant, medium bodied

0,5l bottle from a local Getränkemarkt, 06/14
The beer starts very mild, slightly sweetish. The mainpart is extremely smooth, malty-light but not watery. Highly drinkable. The aftertaste is a little bit floral, but the dryhopping could be more intense. Slightly flowery sweet to the end, nearly no bitterness. Soft and smooth.
A very interesting brew. Highly drinkable and still nice floral flavour. A great "Helles"! --> 12/12/12/12 (for this style)

My personal opinion - I didnt like it... It smells a bit cardboard, bready, cheesy, some fusion of these aroma components.. In background a nice citrus note from saaz-hops with a tinge of floral notes. Turbidity is stable, sparkling is fine for a beer, the color is amber-yellow-golden. Taste - no lack flavor, also the aroma (smell) disappears when drinking. Bitterness is in my opinion very good, exactly right for that type of beer - fine defined but still subtle and at the end it is "rounded off". So, I miss the harmony in that beer.

Cuso (15726) - Bratislava, SLOVAKIA - MAR 7, 2014
Bottle, many thanks to pivnizub. Unclear golden color with medium white head. Malty aroma with notes of bitter hops, hints of lemon. Malty taste with aromatic hops, citrus, light pines, grassy notes, Medium long hoppy bitter finish. Ja, das is gut.

(bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly grainy malty aroma with notes of honey, white bread, accompanied by a citrus-fruity and slightly flowery hops character. Moderately sweet and mildly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a well-carbonated mf. Rounded (cara-)malty base with fresh hoppy spots, including notes of citrus, pineapples and a floral touch; sweet and slightly bitter finish with balanced malty and mainly fruity hoppy notes. A tasty and quite complex Helles. 15.I.14

motelpogo (7695) - Plzen, CZECH REPUBLIC - FEB 28, 2014
bottle picked up in ingolstadt. surprisingly pale honeyed colour; kellerbierish character imparted by fresh hops - just would have been a much better beer with double the hops - light bitterness and an odd wheaty aftertaste

3.5
Bov (14982) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - FEB 22, 2014
courtesy of Peter Ens - pretty clear golden-bornze beer with a little foam left; bready nose and with a flowery hoppiness; a good malt backbone, tasty and decently bitter; elegant grassy bitterness and more bready notes in the finish - good
