COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is our interpretation of Gose, a traditional German sour wheat beer brewed with coriander and salt. But this time, we decided to citrus-it-up and throw some ultra-tart Yuzu juice into the mix!

UPDATED: MAY 16, 2019 Can from BOTW. Finally found one. Nose is yuzu / tart citrus, light yogurt, wheat. Medium-deep gold, cloudy, with a low head. Flavor is moderately tart, some yogurt or spoilt milk, yuzu, salt. Six months old so maybe not as vibrant as when fresh. Still, crisp, light, refreshing.

UPDATED: FEB 24, 2019 Hazy straw blond colour with no head. Aroma and flavour have plenty of refreshing citrus notes. Reasonable body. Somewhat under carbonated.

UPDATED: DEC 9, 2018 Very nice body for a 4% beer. Nice lactic sour, maybe 4 or 5 of 10 sour. Has a prickly pear citrus like taste along with the sour. Goes great with the gose. Nice beer.

16 ounce can from a trade with bacchus66. Thanks! The beer is a hazy yellow with a white head of foam. Citrus and tropical aroma. Dry and citrus taste. Lighter body and medium carbonation.

16oz can at home. Pours hazy yellow gold with a medium white that eventually fades away completely. Tart lemon fruit, melon, grapefruit, hay, briny earth. Medium carb. Sour, sea salt finish. Very refreshing and very good. Canned 10.11.18.

Got in a BIF from Dragginballs76. 16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 10/11/2018. Pours moderately hazy deep golden/yellow color, with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tart/sour lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, sea salt, coriander, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, yuzu, salt, coriander, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tart/sour lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, sea salt, coriander, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness; light wheat tang, and coriander spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, sea salt, coriander, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, yuzu, salt, coriander, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with and awesome malt/tartness balance; with no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from tartness and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/acidic, and lightly saline/tangy balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4%. Overall this is an outstanding fruited gose. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, yuzu, salt, coriander, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, refreshing, and fairly crisp/clean to drink with the mellowly acidic/drying finish. Not overly lactic or salty. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Awesome balance of vibrant yuzu, Lacto complexity, and pale/wheat malts against acidity; with just the right amount of salt/coriander spice. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on style example as expected.

2013 vintage. Świetne, mocno kwaśne i wytrawne, lekko mineralne gose, yuzu robi wspaniałą robotę.
