Hyvin tumma, rubiininpunertava ja kirkas olut pienellä ja nopeasti häviävällä vaahdolla. Tuoksussa vahvasti limppuista leipää, paahteisuutta ja maltaisuutta. Maku maltaisen ja karamellisen makea, ruisleipäinen ja marjainen. Marjaisuus sekä jonkinlainen vihanneksisuus nostaa loppupuolella päätään, samoin alkoholi turhan paljon esillä. Melko täyteläinen ja sopivasti hiilihappoinen suutuntuma. Ei ihan täydellinen tapaus, jonkinlaisia virhemakuja ja tuoksuja tuntuu löytyvän.

Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy dark mahogany colour, small head. Chocolate sauce, butter and fudge dominate the nose. Mid sweet with medium-full body and solid, rounded mouthfeel. Fudge, notes of licorice and dates. Mid bitter finish with some warmth. Solid effort.

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, caramelized malt (the finish spice). Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, malt extract, caramelized malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140503]

Dark amber and clear. Has an off-white ehad, mostly lasting. Sweet fruity aroma. Sweet flavor too. A bit astringent. moderate bitter.

Bottle 330 ml at home, many thanks to Hermod! Poured into a snifter, ABV 7.5% Brown colour on the body, small beige head, thin, with average retention. Light lacing on the glass. Aroma is sweet, stewed red fruits, sugar, molasses, prunes, very appealing. Great taste, sweet, lots of malts, also a bit of dark chocolate and coffee, red fruits, light vanilla even. Full body, a bit low on the carbonation, sticky palate. Very good.

Bottle 33 cl. Black With a small lightbrown head. Aroma, not too much, hops, malt and caramel sence. Light bittersweet With a light malt end. Flat and boring. (20.06.2014)

Bottle from alko sotkamo. Almost black color, hint of red. Small tanned head. Aroma is very malty, rye, bread. Taste is malty, roasty notes, rye bread, some hops at the end.

Many thanks for this bottle to rosenbergh. Pours a dark brown color with a small off-white head. Has a malty bready with hints of caramel. Sweetish malty caramel.
