UPDATED: JUL 15, 2023 Canned 3/6/23, drunk 7/15/23. Clear, pale-golden. Large white head recedes to a creamy cover. Lovely lactic acidity, rustic grains, herbal hops and clean, mineral rich water. Low ester with big black pepper. Soft, malty clean with excellent depth of malt and tons of black pepper. Good attenuation, low but ample acidity. Very, very drinkable and flavorful.
