UPDATED: AUG 27, 2023 Yeast, horseblanket, lemon, biscuit malt, and straw aroma. Hazy pale yellow with moderate white head. Mildly sweet lemon, biscuit malt, mildly sour Brett, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Nice body. Excellent.

UPDATED: JUL 15, 2023 Canned 3/6/23, drunk 7/15/23. Clear, pale-golden. Large white head recedes to a creamy cover. Lovely lactic acidity, rustic grains, herbal hops and clean, mineral rich water. Low ester with big black pepper. Soft, malty clean with excellent depth of malt and tons of black pepper. Good attenuation, low but ample acidity. Very, very drinkable and flavorful.

UPDATED: JUN 16, 2023 Draught. Pours yellow with a medium fluffy white head. Aroma is funk, minerals, some pepper, and a little lemon. Taste is florals, minerals, light earth, slight funk, some pepper, and light lemon. Light body. Moderate but lightly effervescent carbonation. Crisp body.
