Pale yellow see through with white head. Aroma of sweet malts & hops. Thin texture - lasting head though. actually pleasant but no bite from neither hop or sweetness. Not great

Malty, nutty, but with an odd sourness and another odd off-flavor that I am detecting.

500 ml swingtop from Half Time. Pours hazy gold with a foamy white head. Mild aroma of bread, and citrus? Something lightly acidic. Near med body. Flavor is bready, a hint toffee (or perhaps a bit of diacetyl), and lightly grassy? This is hard to break down. Personally I think the style is incorrect. If pale lagers tasted like this, they’d get higher ratings from me.

Koelschtrinker (28835) - Brewver-Town, GERMANY - JUL 6, 2011
Test vom 15.1.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,11,12,11,10,11 - 10,80

500 mL bottle at home. Clear pale yellow appearance with a fairly sizable pearl white head. Clean weak pale malts in the nose. Pretty weak pale lager that’s very smooth but without much taste. Not a fan.

drpimento (7571) - La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 10, 2009
Doesn’t really remind me, personally of a german pils, but other friends here picked that up. Poured with a decent white head and some lace. Color is a fairly clear gold. Aroma is bread, yeast, honey, spice, and herbs. Flavor’s about the same. Body is a bit chalky and thin. Ok beer. Don’t really think of it as a session.

(bottle - 500 ml) Amber pour with a puffy tan head. Aroma is mildly hoppy with some hints of apple and other fruits. Flavor is a nice and gentle blend of hops, flowers, and sweet malts. Some hints of apple and grass as it finishes.

kimcgolf (872) - Dacula, Georgia, USA - OCT 29, 2009
Poured from the flip-top bottle to a slightly hazy golden yellow with thin white head and okay lacing. Aroma is a muted mix of hoppy apples, some floral and a hint of perfume. Mouthfeel is slightly tangy and biting, and the taste, while only subtly bringing out the fruit of the nose, is decent. Not an outstanding beer, but I found it to be enjoyable and very drinkable.

Beerona97 (2399) - Washington, USA - OCT 8, 2009
Pours slightly hazy pale yellow gold with a thin white head. Aroma is grain, sweet apple and is plain. Taste is apple, cardboard, water and that’s it.
