shrubber85 (15036) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - MAY 6, 2006Bottle. Apple malt aroma with hints of pepper and clove. Cloudy light amber color with large, quickly collapsing head. Tart lemon/grapefruit flavor - very dry - a bit like a Lambic. Agree with Joris - the change to Celtik must have been a good thing - not spectacular but a nice tart beer.
