UPDATED: DEC 19, 2020 750 from JR's Liquor. Excellent brett brux expression in the nose. It's peppery with notes of barn, basement, and light pineapple. The beer is bone dry, like, really dry. A spritzy mouthfeel adds body to this refreshing and complex beer. Flavors of white pepper and even oaky hints complement the cheesy, farmy funk.

UPDATED: JUN 20, 2019 (may be a bit old) bottle that pours slightly hazy extra pale yellow, gold tint, with a towering (not abnormal) white head, good retention and lacing. herbal and lightly flowery saaz hops, lightly developed bretts, never leathery, lean malted multigrain cereals - peppery white grapiness, african pears as well, hint of acdiity probably from brett et al.; white pepper. bright carbonation, light body - thin; dry and very crisp herbal finish. held up many months for a below four per cent concoction - drinks like a lean mutligrain bread.

UPDATED: APR 26, 2019 Copenhagen 26/4 2019. 75 cl bottle from Voldby Købmandsgård (web-shop). Drawing of naked lady riding an Eagle on the label. Pours unclear pale yellow with medium-sized, snow-white head. Settles as thin layer of foam barely covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing. Aroma is lemonade-like sweetness meeting light sourness and some spicy odor. Notable aroma of funk rummaging in the background. Medium carbonation. Thin, watery and lively texture. Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a more pronounced bitterness. Aftertaste is tart and bitter. Lingers shortly. Finish is dry. Refreshing but quite thin Saison. Has a great aroma and flavor but I miss a bit of intensity in the brew.

UPDATED: MAR 19, 2019 Pours clear pale yellow color with white head. Aromas of wheat, grass, and brett. Moderate brett funk flavor with some grass and wheat. Light body with lively carbonation.

UPDATED: DEC 22, 2018 Laid back funky floral aroma in a straw pour. Light body with hint of banana and clove before a dry bitter finish. An incredibly drinkable brew (especially given the impressively low strength).

UPDATED: DEC 19, 2018 My Bottom Line:
This fizzy, rustic quencher shares light bread connotations over herbs and lemon-infused water.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-Foam rapidly fizzes away to a slim veil atop the misty yellowish white.
-Mouthfeel is prickly and dry.
-Acidity levels are low but contribute to the refreshment factor.
-Drinkability is obviously quite high.
-Fruitiness is also reminiscent of starfruit and yellow pears.

UPDATED: OCT 30, 2018 75cl Bottle @ Beer Republic, Breda, Netherlands. Hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma is yeast, brett, citrus. Taste is yeast, brett, citrus, fruits, spices, slightly tart. Medium body, average carbonation.

UPDATED: SEP 16, 2018 Smagt fra flaske til større smagning. Klar med hvidt skum. Aroma af mælkesyre, yoghurt, brett, fersken, vinøs. Smager syrligt, meget let krop, kort finish.
